Chad A. Ballinger is a 1997 graduate of Jefferson County High School. While attending JCHS, he founded Total Property Management where he serves as President. After completing high school and starting the company, Chad stayed local and attended Carson Newman College where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 2001. Upon graduating Carson Newman, Chad continued to focus on the growth of the company and constructed a facility in New Market in 2005 where the business is still currently located. Chad is business partners with his brother John T. Ballinger. Together they have expanded the company to currently offer full service landscape and irrigation service, commercial and residential construction, directional boring, and underground utility construction. Chad is married to his wonderful wife Connie Ballinger of 12 Years and they have 3 beautiful children; Patti Ann (6), Ben (4) and Henry (2). Along with juggling being a President of a growing business and being a devoted husband and father, Chad is a partner and Elder of Arrowhead Church in Talbott where he and his family enjoy worshiping, serving and helping others take their next step with Christ.
