Leadership Foundation Team
Vision - Jefferson County's leadership will represent a diverse group of informed citizens who lead by example and make decisions based on the short-term and long-term goals of the entire community.
The following are the most recent activities:
- Increasing leadership training opportunities for public officials to include BABF.
- Increasing governmental transparencies and encouraging citizen's involvement in governmental decision processes.
- Working with The Standard Banner to publish a series of informative articles; topics involving the government both local and federal, how to become involved with BABF and how to volunteer.
- Awarded a $500 scholarship to a former Youth Leadership student.
